The most versatile extinguisher in the Amerex lineup — one unit covers Class A, B, and C fires, making it the standard for general commercial and industrial fire protection. The FORAY monoammonium phosphate agent works through two mechanisms: it melts at approximately 350°F to coat and insulate burning Class A surfaces, and it chemically interrupts the combustion chain reaction on Class B and C fires.
Available in two valve configurations: aluminum valve (lighter, corrosion-resistant, ideal for light to medium duty) and brass valve (heavy-duty, for demanding industrial use). USCG-approved option and chrome cylinder option available. Wheeled versions (125 lb and 250 lb) for large-area coverage. Capacity range: 2.5 lb to 20 lb portable.
